The Master Plan (adopted 2019) is a guidance document developed and updated periodically by the Planning Board. It contains the Planning Board’s recommendations on how the community can best balance and achieve the goals of residents for the future of the community. The Master Plan provides the foundation for land use controls such as the zoning ordinance and subdivision regulations, as well as for other town programs and large expenditures.
